3. Exercise: easily said than done trust me it's hard when you not feeling up to it and all you want to do is stay in bed watching Netflix but honestly since I started doing yoga and horse riding in college I feel so better and have more energy to do more of my creative work stuff like my podcast or my youtube channel .
Here are some youtube channels I think are great for workout and doing exercise form your bedroom:

  • Grace Beverley: she does lifestyle, fashion, uni (college) and workout videos. I personally think she is really motivation if you find yourself in a meh mood and I would highly recommend her videos. grace's youtube channel:   https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1QbgAuzMDsWn7eCtImRB7Q

Yoga with Adrienne: Adriance channel is great for when you don't want to go to your yoga class but you still want to be active. highly recommend her channel go check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

4. Make sure you are eating healthy: again easily said then done by you will so much better if you actually eat good food. you can track how healthy you are eating by downloading an app called lifesum. it's a really good app, it helps track how much you eat each day and make sure you are getting enough of each nutrient.

5. Get enough sleep: which again easily said then done and if you are feeling anxious about work, school, college etc it can be hard to try and sleep. there is some great app that feels reduce anxiety and get you sleepily. these apps are free to download too which is great.
