NEW YEAR , SAME ME !!!








Hey Guys,

Welcome to the first blog post of 2020 !!! let me know down the comments on how your Christmas when as I would love to hear from you guys. So it's the new year, and you can get that you reading this that you have set yourself some unrealistic goals. Today's blog I'm going to share my realistic goals and talk about how I'm not going to put pressure on myself to complete all these goals by the end of 2020.
let's share some of my goals:
1. To be kinder to myself 
We are our own worst when it comes to being putting pressure ourselves for no reason. We are scrolling on Instagram, looking at the influence and our friends living their best life, and yes, that is what everyone is doing on social media living their best life. 

2. To stop comparing myself to other people 
I feel like this year I compared myself to a lot of online people and people in my life like friends and I need to stop doing this as its just bad for my mental health and make me feel like shit, and also it's not a race to get to finish. Everyone is on their own journey and path. 

3. To do yoga more /take time out for myself 
I love yoga, and I feel like I didn't do at all in 2019 as I was just getting used to college but 2020 I want to get back into yoga as it's really realizing and help with my anxiety. 

4. To grow my podcast, blog and youtube channel 
This year I really want to put more work into my podcast and getting more guests onto the podcast and really growing the audience of the podcast alongside that I want to grow the cluelessandinmy20s blog, youtube and other social media. 

why I'm don't beliving in the whole new year new me bullshit:
1. unrealistic goals 
usually, around this time of year, everyone sets them unrealistic goals and then wonder why they can't stick to them. this could be anything to saying you would go to the gym 5 days a week. 
2. not changing yourself 
just because it's a new year doesn't mean you have to change a person and if you do want to work on something that you would like to change do it now at the moment don't wait for a new year to come in to be a more positive person.
